The CAS Institute Postpones Exam 3 Sitting Until June

March 19, 2020

The CAS Institute is closely monitoring the Coronavirus outbreak.  At this time, after reviewing the latest information from the World Health Organization and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control, as well as evolving employer restrictions, The CAS Institute has decided to postpone the May sitting of Exam 3 for one month.  The new examination date will be Thursday, June 4.  Given that the typical arrangement for this exam administration is one candidate and one proctor, appropriate social distancing should not be a problem.

The CAS Institute will provide additional announcements about plans for the exam if there are any changes to the revised schedule.

Please note that full refunds will be provided to currently registered candidates who decide not to sit for the exam. Please contact Amy Brener, Director of The CAS Institute, abrener@thecasinstitute.org, if you would like to cancel your exam registration and request a refund.
